BOWBAR 10-Year Protection Warranty

We’re quality-obsessed about prep, materials, and installation—because your floor should look great and hold up for years. That’s why most BOWBAR concrete coating projects include a 10-Year Limited Warranty.

What's Covered

Most of our residential floor coating systems include 10 year limited warranty coverage for:

  • Peeling, cracking, chipping

  • Delamination (loss of bond between coating layers and the concrete)

  • Defects in materials or workmanship

Stain Protection

We also warrant against staining from incidental spills that are promptly cleaned (within 20 minutes) including:

  • oil

  • transmission fluid

  • radiator fluid

  • gasoline

  • diesel

What's Normal

Because concrete coatings cure through chemical reactions, it’s normal to see natural variation. Very minor non-structural cosmetic characteristics can be visible, including:

  • small divots

  • micro-scratches

  • occasional non-protruding bubbling/fizzing

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, dulling, impact damage)

  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or faulty maintenance

  • Damage from repairs/alterations by anyone other than BOWBAR

  • Concrete movement/cracking or a defective substrate

  • Moisture-related issues (hydrostatic pressure / high vapor transmission)

  • Accidents, casualties, or natural disasters

  • Certain harsh chemicals (depending on coating type)

  • The normal appearance variations described above
